  • 4-Pin, Power contacts rated to 100 Amp/600VDC.
  • 2-Pin, Signal contacts rated to 30 Amp/250VDC.
  • IP65 Environmental Protection only when coupled.
  • Fully-replaceable contacts on Master and Tool.
  • Field-wireable M40 cord grip for 22 – 32mm cable ranges.
  • Module should be mounted to a Tool Changer, QC-40 or larger, to handle maximum rated current and 100% duty cycle without overheating.
  • Allowable maximum ambient temperature under these conditions is 100 F.
  • Do not couple or uncouple the modules unless power has been disconnected and discharged both upstream and downstream.
  • Protective Earth (PE) or safety ground to be supplied by the customer’s equipment/cabling.
  • Pin 1 of Master and Tool is tied internally to module housing for safety ground. Safety ground can be removed at customer site.
  • Radial exit.
