ATI Robotic Tool Changers enable fully automated end-effector exchange with secure locking, utility pass-through, and high repeatability. Engineered for harsh environments and high-cycle use, they boost uptime, flexibility, and productivity in robotic automation.

  • (5) 3/8 G (BSPP) and (4) 1/2 G (BSPP) Integrated air pass thrus ports in a 9.3 kg package
  • No-Touch locking technology allows up to 3.0 mm plate separation when locking.
  • Patented Fail-Safe locking mechanism design results in low force acting on the piston.
  • Direct mounting to 125 mm ISO mounting pattern robot wrists to minimize stack height. Also supports additional mounting patterns
  • All locking parts are made of Rc58 stainless steel.
