Force-Torque Sensors

Nano17 Titanium Force/Torque Sensor

Nano17 Titanium Force/Torque Sensor, 32 N / 0.2 Nm Payload, Analog (+/-10V), 12-pin round Amphenol Connector

  • 6-Axis Force/Torque Sensing – Measures force and torque in all six degrees of freedom (Fx, Fy, Fz, Tx, Ty, Tz) with ranges up to 32 N force and 0.2 Nm torque
  • Form Factor – The smallest commercially available 6-axis sensor with external electronics and titanium construction for low to medium payload in a variety of applications.
  • Analog Output (+/-10V) – Provides simple, real-time force and torque feedback compatible with most PLCs, controllers, and data acquisition systems.
  • Extremely-High Strength – EDM wire-cut from high yield-strength stainless steel. Maximum allowable overload values are 4.9 to 19.6 times rated capacities.
  • High Signal-to-Noise Ratio – Silicon strain gages provide a signal 75 times stronger than conventional foil gages. This signal is amplified, resulting in near-zero noise distortion.

Accuracy values vary depending on the axis of measurement. For detailed specifications and axis-specific accuracy data, please contact our sales team.
The effective data rate is determined by the DAQ device in use. Specifically, the sensor data rate equals the DAQ device’s total data rate divided by six (6) channels; one for each axis of force and torque. For additional assistance, please contact our sales or engineering team.
