Das System besteht aus zwei FANUC-Robotern mit DCS f\u00fcr die unbegrenzte Positionierung der Teile und umfasst eine kollaborative Zone, in der der Bediener das Teil sicher vom Materialhandlingsroboter be- oder entladen kann. Sobald sich der Bediener sicher au\u00dferhalb der kollaborativen Zone befindet und den Zyklus startet, schlie\u00dft sich die T\u00fcr, und der Materialhandhabungsroboter \u00fcbergibt das Werkst\u00fcck an den Schleifroboter, um den Vorgang zu beginnen.<br><br><br>Das System von WeldBot ist an allen vier Seiten mit einem Absaugtisch umschlossen, der sowohl Stahl als auch Aluminium filtern kann. Die flexiblen Vorh\u00e4nge halten bis zu 80 % mehr Schmutz zur\u00fcck als ein reines Absaugsystem. Das System wird vorkonfiguriert geliefert, um eine einfache Programmierung von bis zu 90 verschiedenen Teilemodellen zu erm\u00f6glichen.<br><br><br>Der am Schleifroboter montierte ATI <a href=\"https:\/\/ati.novanta.com\/de\/articles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Compliant Angle Grinder (CGV)<\/a> bietet eine eingebaute Nachgiebigkeit, die es dem Ger\u00e4t erm\u00f6glicht, Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten in der Werkst\u00fcckoberfl\u00e4che auszugleichen und den Kontakt zum Werkst\u00fcck aufrechtzuerhalten. Die Nachgiebigkeit ist einstellbar, so dass die Benutzer ihre Endbearbeitungsprozesse in Echtzeit feinabstimmen k\u00f6nnen.
