Sie wollten den Kunden die Vielseitigkeit eines einzelnen Roboters demonstrieren, die \u00fcber das reine Be- und Entladen von Teilen hinausgeht. Durch den Einbau einer Werkzeugwechselplattform in ihre Roboterzellen konnten sie die F\u00e4higkeiten des Roboters erweitern und die Bearbeitungszyklen verk\u00fcrzen.<br><br><br>Der QC-11-Werkzeugwechsler von ATI, der f\u00fcr sein geringes Gewicht und seine kompakte Bauweise in Verbindung mit einem robusten, hochfesten Verriegelungsmechanismus bekannt ist, spielt in der Produktivit\u00e4tsdemonstration eine entscheidende Rolle, da er den schnellen und automatischen Austausch von Roboterwerkzeugen am Ende des Arms erleichtert.
