La conception du syst\u00e8me ABB FCHA am\u00e9liore les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;assemblage en s\u00e9rie traditionnels en permettant d&rsquo;assembler simultan\u00e9ment plusieurs architectures de culasses sans devoir proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des changements qui prennent du temps et ralentissent la production. Cette technologie innovante fournit une plate-forme modulaire et flexible bas\u00e9e sur le traitement parall\u00e8le, minimisant et, dans de nombreux cas, \u00e9liminant l&rsquo;utilisation de stations d\u00e9di\u00e9es. Cela permet d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer la redondance pour les op\u00e9rations critiques et d&rsquo;ajuster facilement les volumes de production en fonction des besoins.<br><br><br>Un syst\u00e8me FCHA complet comprend quinze robots ABB, dont quatre mod\u00e8les diff\u00e9rents \u00e0 6 axes et \u00e0 charge moyenne ou \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Les changeurs d&rsquo;outils robotis\u00e9s d&rsquo;ATI apportent de la flexibilit\u00e9 au robot en lui permettant de changer automatiquement d&rsquo;effecteur. Le syst\u00e8me FCHA comprend plusieurs tailles de changeurs d&rsquo;outils robotis\u00e9s ATI, ce qui permet au syst\u00e8me de traiter jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 trois types de pi\u00e8ces cylindriques diff\u00e9rentes. La large gamme de mod\u00e8les de changeurs d&rsquo;outils ATI a permis \u00e0 ABB de maximiser la charge utile et la capacit\u00e9 de moment de chacun des quatre robots.<br><br><br>Un petit changeur d&rsquo;outils QC-11 en acier inoxydable a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9, sa petite taille et ses ports d&rsquo;air axiaux \u00e9tant essentiels pour obtenir un espacement minimum de 110 mm de la servopresse 20kN \u00e0 pas r\u00e9glable. Cela a permis au syst\u00e8me FCHA de presser deux pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 la fois, en \u00e9conomisant le temps de cycle et en r\u00e9duisant le nombre de machines n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de Ford en mati\u00e8re de temps de cycle. ATI a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un module d&rsquo;identification d&rsquo;outil petit et compact pour la QC-11, fournissant un identifiant unique \u00e0 chaque outil de presse.<br><br><br>Le capteur de force\/couple \u00e0 six axes OMEGA85 d&rsquo;ATI a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me, permettant d&rsquo;installer les tiges de soupapes avec une force minimale. L&rsquo;OMEGA85 mesure les six composantes de la force et du couple dans un transducteur compact et robuste, envoyant des informations extr\u00eamement pr\u00e9cises au robot.
