Le client avait besoin de moderniser une op\u00e9ration de finition et d&rsquo;inspection obsol\u00e8te et peu performante. Pendant des ann\u00e9es, il a utilis\u00e9 des outils manuels \u00e9lectriques pour enlever les bavures des pi\u00e8ces en m\u00e9tal moul\u00e9 avec un succ\u00e8s mod\u00e9r\u00e9, mais il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;automatiser le processus pour obtenir de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Ils esp\u00e9raient r\u00e9duire l&#8217;empreinte de l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration, am\u00e9liorer les temps de cycle et cr\u00e9er un environnement plus s\u00fbr pour les employ\u00e9s.<br><br><br>La vaste exp\u00e9rience de MESH Automation en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie lui permet de mettre en \u0153uvre une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de techniques de fabrication g\u00e9n\u00e9rales dans des cellules de travail configur\u00e9es sur mesure. Pour ce client du secteur automobile, MESH a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 la plateforme d&rsquo;automatisation MINI MAC de petit format.<br><br><br>Cette plate-forme comprend une machine CNC, deux bras robotis\u00e9s, un outil d&rsquo;\u00e9bavurage ATI et un outil de pr\u00e9hension. Le robot ABB am\u00e8ne les pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 l&rsquo;outil d&rsquo;\u00e9bavurage stationnaire pour l&rsquo;enl\u00e8vement de la mati\u00e8re avant de passer par les op\u00e9rations d&rsquo;inspection et de gravure au laser. Le second bras robotis\u00e9 FANUC s&rsquo;occupe de la machine CNC et manipule les mat\u00e9riaux.
