Pour choisir un mod\u00e8le, il faut tenir compte des charges produites par le poids statique de l&rsquo;outillage, des charges inertielles impos\u00e9es par le mouvement du robot et des charges produites par l&rsquo;effecteur final lors de l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution des t\u00e2ches pr\u00e9vues. Une fois que ces charges ont \u00e9t\u00e9 calcul\u00e9es et qu&rsquo;un mod\u00e8le sp\u00e9cifique a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi, le r\u00e9glage de la pression nominale pour le point de rupture peut \u00eatre d\u00e9termin\u00e9. Le r\u00e9glage de la pression d&rsquo;air requis doit \u00eatre facilement disponible et pouvoir \u00eatre ajust\u00e9. Par exemple, une pression calcul\u00e9e de 50 psi doit pouvoir \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e entre 25 et 75 psi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le processus de s\u00e9lection est le suivant :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-1-calculate-applied-loads\">1. Calculer les charges appliqu\u00e9es :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La figure 1 peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour convertir les forces agissant sur l&rsquo;outillage de l&rsquo;effecteur final en moment, couple et charges axiales appliqu\u00e9s au Protector. Utilisez le diagramme de la figure 1 et les formules ci-dessous pour calculer les charges appliqu\u00e9es les plus d\u00e9favorables pour votre application. Par cons\u00e9quent, les conditions les plus d\u00e9favorables pour les charges axiales, de couple et de moment peuvent se produire \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents moments du programme.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formules :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">     Charge axiale (F) = F2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">     Couple (T) = <em>F3*D3<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">     Moment (M) = \u221a( (F1D1)2 + (F2*D2)2 )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(F1, F2 et F3 correspondent \u00e0 la somme de leurs composantes statiques, dynamiques et de travail respectives et doivent toujours \u00eatre positives pour les besoins du calcul des r\u00e9glages de la pression de rupture)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Force statique : <\/strong>La charge appliqu\u00e9e par le poids de l&rsquo;outillage lorsque le bras du robot est inactif. Cela comprend le poids de toutes les pi\u00e8ces attach\u00e9es au protecteur, agissant au centre de gravit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;assemblage le long de la direction de la gravit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Force dynamique : <\/strong>La force d&rsquo;inertie impos\u00e9e au centre de gravit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;outillage en raison de l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration du bras du robot. Cette force agit dans la direction oppos\u00e9e au mouvement. Les forces dynamiques s&rsquo;ajoutent aux forces statiques et doivent \u00eatre soigneusement prises en compte pour garantir un dimensionnement correct du protecteur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Force de travail :<\/strong> Des forces sont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;outil dans des conditions de travail normales. Si ces forces et leur emplacement sont connus, elles peuvent \u00eatre converties en charges sur le protecteur \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de la m\u00eame technique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\" id=\"h-choose-a-protector-model\">Choisissez un mod\u00e8le de protecteur :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois que les charges approximatives sont connues gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape 1, choisissez un mod\u00e8le dont le moment nominal et le couple nominal sont sup\u00e9rieurs aux charges calcul\u00e9es dans des conditions dynamiques et de travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Obtenir le r\u00e9glage de pression requis :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un mod\u00e8le donn\u00e9 avec des charges connues, le r\u00e9glage de la pression n\u00e9cessaire peut \u00eatre calcul\u00e9 approximativement \u00e0 partir de la formule suivante :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">p = PM + PT + PF<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u00f9 PM, PT et PF sont les composantes de pression li\u00e9es aux composantes de charge de moment, de couple et de force attendues \u00e0 la rupture. PM, PT et PF sont calcul\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide des formules figurant dans les tableaux suivants, o\u00f9 M, T et F sont les charges pr\u00e9vues au moment de la rupture de la pression
