Product Features

Features

  • Provides air service from the Master to the Tool plates.
  • Self-sealing ports (Master and Tool side): AD2 = (2) 3/4 NPT ports, AD3 = (2) 1 NPT ports, AD4 = (2) G 1 (BSPP) ports, and AD5 = (3) 1 NPT ports.
  • Pass-through ports (Master and Tool side): AD7 = (2) G 3/4 (BSPP) ports.
  • 100 psi (6.9 bar) maximum.
  • Not for vacuum service.
  • AD7: The annular nipple seal design of these modules require higher than typical coupling and uncoupling forces. The required uncoupling force increases if the Tool Changer is coupled for an extended period of time. It’s advised that Tool stands have a locking feature.
