Features
- The Discrete Signal Integrated Valve module allows for communication and control of the Tool Changer as well as a separate Remote I/O pass-through connection.
- Amphenol, MS-style connectors are provided for discrete signal customer interface. Up to 16 signal pass-throughs are available for customer use.
- Industry-standard 12mm connectors are provided for Remote I/O customer interface.
- An integrated single or double solenoid valve (available on the Jxx valve adapter module) controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism.
- Flexible boots surround the pin blocks and seal the connections from moisture while coupled.
- Patented Tool Stand Interlock (TSI) technology is provided through a connector on the Tool module. Integration of a mechanical limit switch will allow the integrated solenoid valve to uncouple the Tool Changer ONLY when the Tool is in the Stand.
- Ready-to-Lock (R1 and R2), Lock, and Unlock sensor inputs provided.
- Compact design package.
