Product Features

Features

  • 7-pins, 6 Power plus Protective Earth pin connected to module housing.
  • 45 Amp, 500VAC/700VDC.
  • Safety ground contact provided to pass ground through Master to Tool. Module housings are grounded.
  • Amphenol MS-style connectors for interfacing on the Master and Tool modules.
  • Fluid-resistant seal on contacts.
  • Module should be mounted to a Tool Changer, QC-100 or larger, to handle maximum rated current and 100% duty cycle without overheating.
  • Allowable maximum ambient temperature under conditions of maximum current is 100 degrees F.
  • Master module may extend high above Master plate. Adjust robot interface plate as needed to compensate.
  • Tool module may extend below Tool plate.
  • Finger-safe Master pin block prevents accidental contact when live.
