M12 D-coded Connector for Ethernet communication, Mini 4-Pin Connector for Output, Input and Logic Power. Lock, Unlock and RTL sensing with LED cables on the Master and Tool-ID from the Tool module are also supported. Supports RTL Bypass with both sensors in series. Arc Prevention Circuit applied to Aux. Switched and Aux. Unswitched.

  • Integrated, managed Ethernet switch supports EtherNet/IP Quick Connect and DHCP functionality.
  • Integrated web server for Tool Changer communication configuration and Ethernet switch management.
  • M12 D-coded connectors for Ethernet communication on Master and Tool.
  • 4-Pin Mini (7/8) connector for Input/Logic and Output/valve power pass-through.
  • ATI’s Arc Prevention Circuit (patent pending) protects all electrical power contacts against reduced service life caused by high inrush current during coupling/uncoupling.
  • Internal pin block for valve electrical connections. (Arc Prevention applied to Input/Logic and Output/valve power, as well as the Power associated to ATI’s TSI circuit.)
  • Patented Tool Stand Interlock (TSI) technology is provided through a connector on the Tool module. Integration of a RFID-based, non-contact safety switch will allow the integrated solenoid valve to uncouple the Tool Changer only when the Tool is in the Tool Stand.
  • Lock, Unlock, and Ready-to-Lock (RTL) sensing with LED cables on the Master.
  • 5 independent Tool-ID switches supporting up to 99999 unique tools.
