Features

  • Designed to carry high current from a power supply to customer tooling.
  • A single (1) rhodium-plated copper contact, capable of carrying 200 Amps when coupled.
  • Voltage should not exceed 600 Volts.
  • Uses advanced, patented, cone-mating technology to transfer current from Master to Tool.
  • Mating conical surfaces provide a large contact area, excellent misalignment capability, and allow efficient coupling/uncoupling without high spring forces or excessive wear.
  • Power to be disconnected and discharged prior to tool changes. Module is not a switch.
  • Contact tip easily replaced, if required.
  • Recessed and shrouded Master-side contacts prevent accidental human contact.
