Features
- The DL16 modules allow for communication and control of the Tool Changer using PROFINET.
- An integrated Ethernet switch allows a single PROFINET cable to control the Tool Changer and connect downstream PROFINET devices.
- An integrated single- or double-solenoid valve (available on the Jxx valve adapter module) controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism.
- Patented Tool Stand Interlock (TSI) technology is provided through a connector on the Tool module. Integration of a safety switch allows the integrated solenoid valve to uncouple the Tool Changer ONLY when the Tool is in the stand.
- ATI’s Arc Prevention Circuit (patent pending) protects the electrical power contacts from damage during coupling/uncoupling.
- Five (5) independent Tool-ID (0-99999) switches provided.
- Ready-to-Lock (R1 and R2), Locked, and Unlocked sensor inputs provided.
- Integrated Webserver
