ATI Robotic Tool Changers enable fully automated end-effector exchange with secure locking, utility pass-through, and high repeatability. Engineered for harsh environments and high-cycle use, they boost uptime, flexibility, and productivity in robotic automation.

  • (2) 1/8 G (BSPP) and (4) M5 Integrated air pass thrus ports in a compact 1.66 kg package
  • No-Touch locking technology allows up to 1.5 mm plate separation when locking.
  • Patented Fail-Safe locking mechanism design results in low force acting on the piston.
  • Direct mounting to ISO 9409-1-40-4-M6 and ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 robot wrists to minimize stack height. Also supports additional mounting patterns
  • All locking parts are made of Rc58 stainless steel.
