No-Touch locking technology allows up to 1.5 mm plate separation when locking.
Patented Fail-Safe locking mechanism design results in low force acting on the piston.
Direct mounting to ISO 9409-1-31.5-4-M5 robot wrists to minimize stack height. Also supports additional mounting patterns
All locking parts are made of Rc58 stainless steel.
Two (2) flats available to mount electrical modules for increased functionality
Alignment features in Tool Changer body for greater torsional strength and better serviceability.
Integrated Lock/Unlock sensing to communicate status. No SIP required.
Configurable pneumatic ports in QC Tool for radial or axial pass-through.
Available with Slotted Tool for light-duty, economical tool storage.
Supplied with lock/unlock air fittings for 4mm (5/32″) tubing.
