TSL Modular Tool Stand for Large Tool Changers

The ATI Large Tool Stand System, or TSL, is compatible with ATI Tool Changer models QC-150 and larger. The system is designed for durability, longevity, and maximum flexibility to fit most customer applications. The configurable system allows you to specify tool height, offset, shielding, and sensing. To save space, the TSL can even store two tools on the same post. ATI TSLs are currently in use in major automotive plants around the world.

Compact Tool Hooks and Hangers to minimize stack height and provide a simple and effective drop-off method.
Robust powder-coated Steel Weldment to ensure long-term durability in the most severe plant conditions.
Optional Sensors and Switches are offered for tool presence, shield status, and Tool Stand Interlock.
Optional Debris Shields for protecting your equipment from dust, weld slag, and other harmful debris.
