O projeto do ABB FCHA aprimora os sistemas tradicionais de montagem em s\u00e9rie, permitindo que v\u00e1rias arquiteturas de cabe\u00e7ote de cilindro sejam montadas simultaneamente sem a necessidade de trocas demoradas e que atrasem a produ\u00e7\u00e3o. A tecnologia inovadora oferece uma plataforma modular e flex\u00edvel baseada no processamento paralelo, minimizando e, em muitos casos, eliminando o uso de esta\u00e7\u00f5es dedicadas. Isso incorpora redund\u00e2ncia para opera\u00e7\u00f5es cr\u00edticas e permite que os volumes de produ\u00e7\u00e3o sejam facilmente ajustados, conforme necess\u00e1rio.<br><br><br>Um sistema FCHA completo apresenta quinze rob\u00f4s ABB compostos por quatro modelos diferentes de 6 eixos de carga \u00fatil m\u00e9dia e alta. Os trocadores de ferramentas rob\u00f3ticas da ATI oferecem flexibilidade ao rob\u00f4, permitindo que ele troque automaticamente os efetores finais. O sistema FCHA inclui v\u00e1rios tamanhos de trocadores de ferramentas rob\u00f3ticos da ATI, permitindo que o sistema manipule at\u00e9 tr\u00eas tipos diferentes de pe\u00e7as cil\u00edndricas.
