Features

  • EtherNet/IP Module with Integrated Ethernet switch.
  • Integrated web server for Tool Changer configuration and status.
  • One M12 D-Coded connector is provided on the Master and Tool module for Ethernet communications.
  • A standard 4-pin Minifast connector is provided on the Master and Tool modules for Switched and Unswitched Auxiliary Power.
  • One M12 to support TSI on the Tool. Up to four Safety Switches connected in series are supported.
  • Two M12 connectors to support Thermal 1 Input and Tool Input 2.
  • Five (5) digit Tool-ID.
  • Arc Prevention applied to Switched and Unswitched Aux Power. ATI’s Arc Prevention Circuit (patent pending) protects all electrical power contacts against reduced life that can be caused by loads with high inrush current during coupling/uncoupling.
  • Lock, Unlock, and RTL sensing with LED cables on the Master.
  • Patented Tool Stand Interlock (TSI) technology is provided through a connector on the Tool module. Integration of a RFID non-contact limit switch will allow the integrated solenoid valve to uncouple the Tool Changer only when the Tool is in the stand.
  • Internal pin block for valve electrical connections.
  • Safety circuit meets ISO13849 PLd.
