- The DeviceNet Module allows for communication and control of the Tool Changer with Master- and Tool-side DeviceNet nodes
- (2) Mini Connectors for DeviceNet and Aux. Power Interface.
- Supports Double Solenoid Valve Adapter.
- Supports Air Supply monitoring via Pressure Switch input.
- Arc Prevention applied to Aux1, Aux2, and CAN V+ power.
- Supports NPN Lock, Unlock, Thermal 1, and RTL sensors (RTL sensors in series).
- Tool-ID from the Tool module also supported.
- ATI’s Arc Prevention Circuit (patent pending) with soft start feature protects all electrical power contacts against reduced life that can be caused by loads with high inrush current during coupling/uncoupling.
- Supports Tool Side TSI with RFID-based Safety Switch. Up to two (2) Safety Switches connected in series can be supported. Three (3) or more Safety Switches connected in series can be supported using the 9120-DU3SWITCHKIT (available separately).
- A flexible boot surrounds the pin block and seals the connection from moisture while coupled.
