Features
- The DeviceNet Module allows for communication and control of the Tool Changer with Master- and Tool-side DeviceNet nodes. (ODVA compliance certified. Quick-Connect compatible.)
- An integrated double-solenoid valve (available on the Jxx valve adapter module) controls the Tool Changer locking mechanism.
- DB15 only works with JU6, JU7 Valve Adapters.
- Supports Air Supply monitoring via Pressure Switch input.
- A flexible boot surrounds the pin block and seals the connection from moisture while coupled.
- Patented Tool Stand Interlock (TSI) technology is provided through a connector on the Tool module. Integration of a mechanical limit switch will allow the integrated solenoid valve to uncouple the Tool Changer ONLY when the Tool is in the Stand.
- Five (5) independent Tool-ID (0-9) switches provided.
- Ready-to-Lock (R1 and R2), Lock, and Unlock sensor inputs provided.
- Compact design package.
- ATI’s Arc Prevention Circuit (patent pending) protects all electrical power contacts against reduced life that can be caused by loads with high inrush current during coupling/uncoupling.
