Features

  • The module is designed to provide control of the Tool Changer, pass electrical power and signal connections to a servo motor, and pass Ethernet field bus data to the end-of-arm tooling.
  • SC29 Master has: (1) Harting 10B connector (8-Pin power insert, 25-Pin signal insert, and 12-Pin I/O insert), (1) 3-Pin M8 female valve connector, (1) 4-Pin M12 D-Coded female Ethernet connector.
  • The SC29 Master is designed to mate with either the SC29 or SC30 Tool modules.
  • SC29 Tool has: (1) Harting 10B connector (8-Pin power insert, 25-Pin signal insert, and 12-Pin I/O insert), (1) 4-Pin M12 D-Coded female Ethernet connector, and (1) 4-Pin M12 female TSI connector.
  • SC30 Tool has: (1) 4-Pin M12 D-Coded female Ethernet connector, (1) 5-Pin Minifast female auxiliary power connector, and (1) 4-Pin M12 female TSI connector.
  • The SC29 and SC30 Tool modules support 0-9 Tool-ID.
  • Supports double-solenoid integrated valve (single-solenoid valve is not supported).
  • Supports L/U/R1/R2 sensors.
  • The SC29 and SC30 Tool modules support TSI on the Tool with no RTL bypass.
  • Spring-loaded pin block allows the Master and Tool modules to communicate across their interface when coupled.
  • A flexible pin boot surrounds the pin block to seal the connection from moisture and liquid while coupled.
