QC-510 Tool Changer

ATI Robotic Tool Changers enable fully automated end-effector exchange with secure locking, utility pass-through, and high repeatability. Engineered for harsh environments and high-cycle use, they boost uptime, flexibility, and productivity in robotic automation.

Modular Construction: High power, coolant, servo, communication, and discrete signal capabilities are built into separate modules making maintenance easy – increasing commonality and flexibility for the customer.
Ready sensors (2) detect when the Tool plate is within 0.06 inch (1.5 mm) of the Master plate, signaling ready-to-lock.
Patented Fail-Safe locking mechanism design results in low force acting on the piston.
Large piston diameter and outward ball travel increase moment capacity.
All locking parts are made of Rc58 stainless steel.
